DSJ x PLEDIS 2025Audition

PLEDIS Entertainment is a subsidiary of HYBE, the powerhouse behind globally renowned groups like BTS, NewJeans, and LE SSERAFIM. As a leading label under HYBE, PLEDIS Entertainment manages top K-pop artists such as SEVENTEEN, fromis_9, and TWS.

 

Now, PLEDIS Entertainment is preparing a new K-pop team and has partnered with DSJ Dance Studio to discover talent in Calgary, Canada.

 

DSJ Dance Studio is so excited to offer this exclusive audition opportunity for our talented students！ This is your chance to take a step closer to the global professional stage!

Audition Details

  • Categories: Dance, rap, singing, acting, modeling

  • Date and Time: Friday, Feb 21st/2025, 5:30 - 6:30 PM

  • Location: DSJ Dance Studio, Calgary (121 17th Ave NE)

  • Who Can Apply:  DSJ registered students aged 13-17.  The audition is free.

  • Application Deadline: Feb 10th/2025

How to Prepare

  • Perform a 1-minute showcase of your talent: dance, vocal, or rap.

  • For acting: perform a 1-minute script reading.
    For modeling: walk with poses

  • Bring your own music track (MP3 format).

Audition Process

​

  • First Round (Feb 21st): Online audition with a PLEDIS casting member.

  • Second Round: If selected, submit a 1-minute talent video.

  • Third Round: If you pass, join an online audition with PLEDIS’ casting supervisor.

  • If you pass the final round, you will be offered a trainee contract and receive online training from PLEDIS for a typical period of one to three years in Canada.

  • Based on progress, you may have the opportunity to accept in-person training in Korea.

  • Stay Positive!
    Not passing is completely normal and part of the process! Keep improving and try again in the future!
